Pricing
$1000 Two Day Rental
This includes: Set up/decorating time, clean up and removal of decorations.
Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book and hold a date. The remainder of the rental fee is due the day before wedding day.
No booking will be deemed complete, nor a date reserved, until the deposit is received.
Safety and Conduct
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted to wander the property unattended.
No pets allowed, only service animals.
No alcohol on property.
If food is to be served, the name of the caterer will be provided to Walker Ranch at least one week prior to the event. You may bring in any food or non-alcoholic drinks, if caterers are not desired.
Property damage: A fee will be incurred to cover the costs associated with the damage.
Candles are allowed, but no fireworks unless prior authorization is given.
A health department permit is needed if a food truck is being used.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Decorations and Setup
Seating - square bales of hay will be set out for seating. If you prefer chairs, we can provide a list of vendors who may deliver at your cost.
Prohibited items: Decorating materials like glitter, confetti, rice, and birdseed to protect the environment and wildlife.
Attachment methods: Attaching decorations with items like nails, screws, or staples is not permitted.
Cleanup and End Time
Cleanup responsibility: Gather all waste and place it in the designated trash and recycling bins. Failure to clean up properly can result in a fee.
Everyone must leave the premises, and the space must be returned to its original, clean condition by the agreed-upon end time.
General
Weather: Events are often held rain or shine, but severe weather may lead to a discussion about rescheduling or cancellation.
Respect for wildlife: Be mindful of the natural setting and local wildlife and avoid bringing anything that could harm the animals.

Under Alabama law, an agritourism professional is not liable for injury, sickness, or damage to, or the death of, a participant in an agritourism activity at this location if the injury, sickness, damage or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity.
Inherent risk of an agritourism activity include risks of injury, sickness, damage or death inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential act in a negligent manager that may contribute to your injury, sickness, damage or death of for another participant to act in a manner that may cause injury, sickness, damage or death.You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
